No refunds on digital products

All ebooks sold on EboNest are digital products, delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

1. Why we do not offer refunds

When you buy an ebook from EboNest, you receive the file right away. A digital product cannot be returned once it has been delivered, and a copy can be kept after download. For this reason, we are not able to accept refund or return requests once an order is complete.

2. Before you buy

We want you to choose the right ebook. Before placing your order, please:

Read the ebook title and full description on its product page.
Check the topic, language and format of the ebook.
Contact us first if you are unsure whether an ebook is right for you.

3. Problems with your download

If you face a problem such as a download link that does not work, a file that does not open, or difficulty finding your purchased ebook, please write to us. We will do our best to help you get access to the ebook you bought. Please include your order number and the email address used for the order.

4. Payment questions

If you have a question about a payment or an order, contact us with your order details and we will look into it.
