These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the EboNest website and to every purchase you make from us. In these terms, “EboNest”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean the EboNest store, and “you” means the person using the website or buying an ebook.

You may need an account to buy and download ebooks. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Our products

EboNest sells digital products, mainly ebooks. No physical item is shipped. We try to describe each ebook accurately, but small differences in cover images, titles or page counts may occur.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices or offers at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• Payment must be completed at checkout through the payment methods available on the website.
• We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, misuse or a pricing error.

6. Delivery of ebooks

After successful payment, your ebook is made available as a digital download, usually straight away, through your order confirmation and your account. Please make sure you have given us the correct email address. If you cannot access your ebook, contact us and we will help you.

7. Licence to use your ebooks

When you buy an ebook, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You do not become the owner of the ebook or its copyright.

8. What you must not do

• Copy, share, resell, upload, distribute or publish our ebooks, in full or in part, without our written permission.
• Remove copyright notices or any other marks from our ebooks.
• Use our content to create or sell other products.
• Try to break, hack or misuse the website, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

If you break these rules, we may close your account and take any other action that the law allows.

The EboNest name, logo, website design and the content of our ebooks are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by EboNest or the respective authors.

10. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds. Please read our Refund Policy before you buy.

12. Limitation of liability

Our total responsibility for any claim related to an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.
